Fine and decorative arts are the focus of the Sewell C Biggs Museum of American Art, a facility founded in the early 1990's that has for over a decade served as a respository for works by American talents, from traditional artists to skilled craftsmen like early American silversmiths. Wander from galleries showcasing the likes of Childe Hassam and Albert Bierstadt on to displays of sculpture, period furnishings and illustrations by Frank Schoonover of the Brandywine School as you tour this museum.
